CY7C65215-32LTXIT Serial Port Access Issue

I have CY7C65215-32LTXIT development kit. I configured the device using "Cypress USB-Serial Configuration Utility" and I downloaded configuration file. Then I loaded this configuration file to another CY7C65215-32LTXIT chip. But the chip was not recognized by my computer. The chip was working before I loaded configuration. I used cypress serial port test utility but computer did not see port. How can I reset the chip to default configuration? How can I run the chip?
